One-year assignment to a major global bank. Helped write the plan to realign their transition management offering, and launch a new outsourced trading business. Assisted in the evaluation and diligence of several Strategic Investment opportunities.

A well-respected VC was considering an investment into a new Equity oriented ATS.  We were engaged in producing a detailed report including the evolution and current landscape of the industry, a thorough evaluation of the target ATS, and an assessment of the target business's operating model and prospects for success. 

This assignment led to a four-year term acting as an advisor to the CEO of the ATS.

We have partnered with key stakeholders in several Fintech startups to facilitate their launch. Projects included creating and reviewing go-to-market strategies, compliance infrastructure, sales compensation models, client introductions, recruiting, and product development.

We have also  helped structure strategic partnerships to fill gaps and gain scale.

Retained as an Expert Witness for a Securities Trading case. This case will last approximately 10 months requiring analysis of best execution and various equity trading techniques.

As the former GM/CEO of Fidessa, I have been engaged by a major consulting firm as an expert in the equity order management space to facilitate vendor selection deliberations for their client.

Leveraging expertise in equity market structure and liquidity management, we interviewed the global heads of trading and international leaders of equities at large broker-dealers and asset management firms to evaluate the industry's ability to project volume in equity markets and assess significant industry trends.
